Communicator of the Year

Held at the Tradition campus of Keiser University, the Treasure Coast FPRA Chapter hosted their annual Image Awards and Communicator of the Year Ceremony on April 20, 2018. Four categories, judged by volunteers on the state level of FPRA chose winners for: Non-Profit/Government, Crisis Communicator, Special Event and For-Profit. Emceed by WPTV anchor Michael Williams, he read the following accolades as he presented the award for Communicator of the Year in the For-Profit category:

“If you’ve attended a business networking event within the local four-county area, you have probably met our honoree. And once you meet this individual, she is not someone you will soon forget. Our honoree brings a special brand of effervescent personality to all that she does. An accomplished business professional, on-air personality, and community organizer, she wears many communication hats – and she wears them beautifully. Through our honoree’s dedicated marketing efforts, her organization has achieved a phenomenal growth rate of over thirty percent. She has effectively promoted the growing company as a staple community partner within Vero Beach and beyond.  This individual has effectively used her networking and community outreach skills to build the company’s reputation through charitable events, professional alliances and being “everywhere”. She assures her organization plays a significant role in the local community, coordinating events to benefit Treasure Coast Food Bank , Cell Phones for Soldiers, Military Moms Prayer Group, Women’s Refuge and many more. She also hosts a weekly radio program and has created a monthly women’s networking luncheon. Please join me in congratulating our Communicator of the Year in the For Profit category, Anna Valencia Tillery , Vice President of Marketing for White Glove Moving & Storage.

WPTV Anchor Michael Williams, Anna Valencia Tillery VP of Marketing at White Glove Moving & Storage, Major Eric Flowers of IR County Sheriff’s Department for Crisis Communicator of the Year
